BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Our district is governed by a 3-member board of directors elected to serve by the people. The Directors must reside within the Sleepy Hollow Fire Protection District and be registered to vote.  Any resident of the Sleepy Hollow Fire Protection District may participate in meetings, and activities and run for board seats during election cycles or when a resignation creates a vacancy. 

The Board holds regular meetings quarterly, with no more than three months between meetings. Regular meeting dates are published in advance on the Meeting Schedules & Agendas page. The Board may also call special meetings as needed to address specific matters in a timely manner or in their own dedicated forum.
