Audited Financial Statements

SHFPD has its financial records examined every year by an outside, independent certified public accounting firm in accordance with our obligations under California law (CA Gov Code Section 26909).

This annual audit takes a close look at how the District managed and reported its money over the fiscal year, testing whether the figures are accurate and complete, and checking that sound financial controls were followed throughout.
